Our Story
We are Chuck and Katelyn, owners of Buttercup Bounce. Originally from Long Island, NY, we moved to South Carolina in 2022 and shortly after started Buttercup Bounce. We are the annoyingly proud parents to 4 incredible boys. Owning a small business has given us the opportunity to spend the most time possible with our children and for that we are so grateful to you, our clients.
Event planning is a field Katelyn has been involved in since 2011. Making events beautiful but also go off flawlessly is what she does best. Chuck is the muscle of the operation. Don’t be surprised when you see him lugging a 400lb bounce house in by himself - he’s a professional. Together (sometimes with the help of our R&D department) we will deliver everything you need to make your event beautiful and memorable.
