We serve the Charleston, SC area. Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, James Island, Summerville, Goose Creek and, Moncks Corner. If you think you might be outside service area, just ask! We will always try to accommodate clients; there just might be a delivery fee.
How to Book
Get in touch with us! Call, text, email or fill out an inquiry form (found on the Ready to Book page on our website).
Once we connect with you on all of the details about your event we will email you a contract.
Your date is not reserved until your contract is signed and a 25% deposit is made.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo and Zelle or cash.
Full balance on your invoice is due 72 hours prior to the event.
Party Prep
All Bounce and Bubble Houses require a power source within 50 feet of the location of set up. If you do not have power close by, talk to us about it. You can rent a generator if need be. (Be aware, generators can be loud)
We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Make sure the area is clear of any debris such as sticks and leaves.
The Big Day!
Set up usually occurs 1-4 hours before the start of your event, depending on what you have ordered. (If you need to make special arrangements, just ask).
All rentals prices are based on a 4 hour rental. If you need longer, just ask!
House Rules
There are no shoes, pets, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender reveal dust/ powder, pen/ marker/ crayon/ paint/ etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.
We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.
Keeping it Clean
We clean and sanitize all of our inflatables, soft play and ball pits between each use.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel - no worries, things happen. Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied towards any event within 12 months. There are no refunds once the full balance is paid.
If we need to cancel - due to weather we will hold your deposit to be applied towards any event within 12 months. Any balances that have been paid will be refunded.
One of the greatest dangers when using inflatables is wind. A strong gust of wind can pull the stakes anchoring an inflatable out of the ground. Inflatables cannot be set up if winds reach 15mph. In addition, inflatables must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph. No exceptions.
We encourage you not to cancel inflatables due to rain, as the forecast often changes last minute and rain will not hurt our inflatables. Soft Play Area rentals should not get wet, and excessive rain can damage our equipment. We recommend having a covered tent or porch option for outside events or move the Soft Play indoors. If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, all payments made will be held and you are able to reschedule for any future date available. You have until 7:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to cancel/postpone.
